Boxing
Boxing Fundamentals is the backbone of everything we do at Prey Boxing. Whether you have never thrown a punch or you are looking to sharpen your technique, this class meets you where you are.
Each session begins with a structured warm-up that primes your body for the work ahead — jump rope, shadow boxing, and mobility drills. From there, Coach Anton breaks down the mechanics of each punch: jab, cross, lead hook, rear hook, lead uppercut, and rear uppercut. You will learn how to generate power from your hips, maintain balance through proper footwork, and protect yourself with head movement and parrying.
As you progress, classes introduce combination work on heavy bags, mitt drills with partners, and defensive sparring rounds. Every class ends with a cool-down and technique review so you leave sharper than when you walked in.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing at Prey Boxing bridges the gap between boxing and full martial arts striking. This class combines the hand speed and head movement of Western boxing with the powerful kicks of Muay Thai and Karate, creating a versatile striking style that is as practical as it is fun.
Each session is built around high-energy rounds that keep your heart rate elevated while drilling real technique — not just cardio kickboxing with no substance. You will work combinations on heavy bags, practice timing and distance with partner drills, and develop the coordination to seamlessly blend punches and kicks in fluid combinations.
Coach Anton emphasizes proper form on every technique so you build power safely and avoid injury. The pace is intense but scalable — beginners can dial it back while experienced fighters push the tempo. By the end of class, you will have burned serious calories and walked away with skills you can actually use.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai at Prey Boxing is taught the way it was meant to be — raw, technical, and deeply rooted in tradition. Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins to create one of the most effective striking systems in the world.
Coach Anton trained in Thailand and brings that authentic methodology to Oak Harbor. Each class covers striking technique, pad work, clinch fighting, and conditioning drills that build the toughness and cardio a real fighter needs. You will learn the Thai roundhouse kick, teep (push kick), elbow strikes, and the devastating knee strikes that make Muay Thai so effective.
Clinch work — the close-range grappling unique to Muay Thai — is a regular part of training, teaching you how to control an opponent and land strikes from the inside. Whether your goal is self-defense, competition, or just an incredible full-body workout, Muay Thai delivers.

FIGHTER FITNESS
Fighter Fitness is where combat training meets functional conditioning. This class is designed for anyone who wants to train like a fighter without stepping into the ring.
Every session is a full-body assault that combines elements of boxing, bodyweight exercises, kettlebell work, battle ropes, and circuit training — all structured around timed rounds just like a real fight. The programming changes regularly so your body never adapts and your results never plateau.
You will build explosive power, muscular endurance, core stability, and cardiovascular capacity that carries over into every aspect of your life. Coach Anton designs each workout to be scalable — there is always a modification for beginners and an advanced option for those who want to push harder.
This is not a gimmick class with music and choreography. This is real training that produces real results. Members regularly report significant fat loss, improved energy, and a mental toughness they did not know they had.

ZUMBA
Cut the calories and have fun doing it. Zumba takes the drag of running on the treadmill and adds some flavor to it.
